Okay, now it’s on to the real fun stuff. We will be planning out your next 100 days. I think you can do this for that long.
Each week you create the weekly plan. So on Monday you are doing x,y, and z. So on and so on for the entire week.
Then, when Monday arrives, you get a little more involved on that particular day. For example, you may want to plan out your main focus, schedule, meals, and/or exercises. At the end of each day you write down all the good things that happened that day and all the things you hope for tomorrow.
Keep up this practice for the next 100 days and more than likely you will start to see some positive changes in your life.
