Dr. Anne Adrian, PhD, LCPC, PEL-SC, ACS
Dr. Anne Adrian specializes in helping people with overall wellness - bringing yourself back to who you truly are, at your core. Dr. Adrian works with kids, teens, and adults. She meets you where you are in a non-judgmental, safe space. Dr. Adrian believes that counseling is like a puzzle and it is her job to help put the puzzle pieces together. She likes to focus on the solutions, rather than stay with the problem. Dr. Adrian uses specific counseling techniques that allow you to feel more empowered with your situation. It is her hope that you will be able to work through your concerns and move forward in life.
Dr. Anne Adrian is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, practicing in the counseling field for 13 years. She is received her PhD at Northern Illinois University in Counselor Higher Education and Supervision. Dr. Adrian received her Master's training at the Illinois School for Professional Psychology at Argosy University.

Michele Albert, MA, LPC
Michele enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds to help clients with anxiety, trauma, spiritual issues, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. She works to provide a safe space for clients to work through their difficulties and pain while not feeling alone. A warm, encouraging, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and healing to take place. Michele believes in healing and redemption of past wounds and uses an empathetic, client-centered approach to help her clients work toward restoration of the whole self. When clients want to incorporate their faith into therapy, Michele integrates Christian Counseling which is one of her passions.
Michele earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Huntington University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching (Elementary Education) from National-Louis University.

Tamakisha is passionate about being of service to others. She makes it her business to meet her clients where they are and work as a team to accomplish their therapeutic goals. Angela is deeply committed to instilling hope in people's lives, backed by years of experience assisting individuals, couples, and families on their life journeys. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals experience breakthrough moments and embark on a journey of healing. Angela prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and empowered to heal. She firmly believes in equipping individuals with tailored tools, therapeutic goals, and strategies to facilitate their desired healing process. She also believes in
creating a warm and welcoming environment where that growth can take place. Angela employs a diverse range of approaches tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.
Furthermore, Angela holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National-Louis University.

Carolina Abella, Counselor
Carolina believes that differences are beautiful and worth discovering how those unique characteristics build one's authentic self. She thrives on developing genuine connections with each of her clients while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. Carolina works with all ages, cultures, and religions, focusing on a comprehensive approach. She uses client-centered counseling techniques to help with inner acceptance and self-awareness while developing lifelong skills for self-efficacy.
Carolina earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in psychology. She is working on her Master of Science in Counseling and is expected to graduate in May of 2024 from Upper Iowa University.

Cheryl treats individuals, families, and couples using a collaboration of integrated family systems and solution-focused therapy. With mutual understanding, we explore different perspectives when learning to improve communication, identify and relay individual needs and desires, and use active listening skills to improve communication in relationships.
Cheryl's true calling is relationship therapy with specialized training in systemic addictions, treating the fundamental problem(s) and not just the symptom(s). With a direct, empathetic, and supportive nature, special focuses are parenting children on the autistic spectrum, dealing with emotions during infertility treatment, eating disorders, twelve-step recovery, substance abuse disorders, family addictions, divorce, pre-marriage, and trauma.
Having a passion for helping others, Cheryl is in the final stretch of achieving her master's degree
through Northcentral/National University's Marriage and Family Therapy Program. Cheryl earned her
Bachelor of Science in early childhood development and elementary education through the University of
Wisconsin, Whitewater.

Hanan aspires to help individuals with their mental wellness journey. Hanan aims to provide a nonjudgmental, flexible, and multicultural space in sessions to make sure individuals are heard and seen. Hanan seeks to build a therapeutic relationship based on acceptance, respect, and trust. In sessions, Hanan works with clients to reach their goals and make their lives simpler.
Hanan received two bachelor’s degrees in biology and biochemistry at Saint Xavier University. She is a counseling intern completing a Master’s program at Governors State University in Clinical Psychology. She is expected to graduate in May of 2025.

Abrea is a passionate counselor and advocate dedicated to empowering clients to rewrite their stories and use their voices to find strength in their identities. Known for her compassionate approach, Abrea is committed to fostering understanding, acceptance, and supporting diverse communities through her internship at Breeze Counseling.

Emily strives to make interactions simple and trouble-free. She enjoys being able to work with a wide range of unique and beautiful individuals every day, and hopes to allocate genuineness and professionalism into her role. She thrives in an environment like ours because she is able to call on her passion for helping others and apply that approach to her position. She believes that all parts of the process outside of counseling sessions should be just as pleasant and accommodating, and aims to employ this belief in her work.
