LA Sage: A CBD Strain

I know I have posted a lot about CBD, but this cannabinoid honestly saved my life. Without CBD, I am pretty sure I would still be ridden with anxiety and suffering from migraines every single day. It is wonderful being on a regular dose of CBD to help all kinds of ailments.

I have mentioned many different ways to enjoy CBD: from taking baths with it, to taking it in a tincture form and dropping the oil under your tongue. One thing I have not mentioned, nor have I personally tried, is smoking a high CBD strain. Recently, I picked up LA Sage from my dispensary because of the high CBD percentage over the THC count. It is cultivated by Progressive Treatment Solutions, and I have always liked their flower. With both of those factors weighing in high, I decided to make the purchase.

My purpose of finding a high CBD strain is to counter act the heartbeat I feel in my forehead when I have migraines. If the migraines are really bad, I try not to smoke anything, but use topicals if I can. I will only take a dab, if anything, to help fall asleep. When I saw this strain on the menu at the dispensary, it had me more intrigued to test my theory with CBD and migraines.

LA Sage (cultivated by Progressive Treatment Solutions) THC 5.4% CBD 9.2%

I bought an eight (3.5grams) and used the flower either in a bowl or rolled up in a personal joint. It worked out at the most convenient time for me since I was dealing with a week long of aches and migraine auras. LA Sage was perfect and helped ease the tension throbbing in the front of my head. When I smoked it out of a bowl, I tried to use it with meditation. Breathe in slowly. Hold. 1, 2, 3, 4. And exhale slowly. Deep breaths in from the bowl of LA Sage, and long exhales. This method seemed to work the best for me personally.

There is a slight head-high with LA Sage, but nothing that will make you feel "high". It has an instant relaxation affect on the body and helps ease pain right away. This strain is perfect for patients seeking cannabis that will not get them high but have them feeling content. I would recommend this strain for pain relief, motivation, and beginner cannabis patients.
