What is PTSD?
Those with PTSD show similar symptoms as those struggling with other forms of anxiety - panic attacks, fear of dying, isolation, anger, low self-esteem, depressed moods, and low motivation. With PTSD, sleep is another common complaint (insomnia, restlessness, difficulty falling back to sleep).Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can be very difficult to work through. Some find that they are alone in dealing with it, and no one seems to understand what you have gone through. At times, you may find that you are unable to get through the day.
