Get your Illinois Medical Card now from a doctor’s clinic that you can trust! Our patients can now use their own medical insurance to be patients at our primary care clinic. After two visits, the physician may recommend you for the Illinois Medical Card.

Breeze Counseling offers comprehensive evaluations to individuals seeking a more natural treatment method to alleviate the symptoms of PTSD. The Clinic Illinois is among the safest facilities allowing patients to purchase products in a comfortable environment. The staff at our two locations work with patients to help them customize their treatment plan, manage dosing frequency, monitor progress and ensure they are administering the proper medication to fit our patient’s specific needs.
